This is an extremely popular and versatile dip. You can use it to make cheeseballs, creamy dips, baste, flavoring, stew, and anything else you can dream up. If you want to accentuate the tomato flavoring, adding sun-dried tomatoes as a garnish is the way to go. If you want to bring out the bacon flavor, how better than to add real bacon crumbles, or wrap the cheese log in crispy smoked applewood bacon.
