Beer Pub Cheese makes an excellent dip, cheeseball, and sauce. The cheesy sauce is amazing when poured over veggies as a bribe that kids cannot turn ignore. We've even been told that customers have added milk to the dip to thin the cheese, and used it as a beer based soup. We're told it's excellent in a bread bowl.

TO MAKE A PARTY DIP: Add 1 cup mayo and 1 cup sour cream with 1 package of dip mix and stir until thoroughly blended. Serve with chips, pretzels or crackers.
TO MAKE A CHEESEBALL: Mix 1 package with two 8 oz. pouches of softened cream cheese. Put in refrigerator to harden just enough to form into a ball. Roll in crushed crackers, chips, parsley or whatever you prefer.
USE AS A DRY RUB: Rub, mix or toss up to 1 package with your preferred meat prior to grilling.
