Mouth-Watering Meatloaf

2 lbs. ground beef

2 eggs

10 crushed Saltine crackers

Salt and paper to taste

Chopped onion (optional)

1 package Sassy Bell Delights original Sun Dried Tomato & Basil blend

1 large can of tomato soup


Preheat oven to 350°. Mix all ingredients listed above except the last two. In a separate bowl, mix the Sun Dried Tomato & Basil blend and can of soup and divide in half, setting one aside. Mix one half into meat mixture and form loaf. Pour and spread remaining mixture on top of loaf. Top with oregano spice if desired. If using a larger pan (other than a loaf pan), there will be "gravy" to pour over the loaf when cooked.


Bake for 45 minutes and serve hot.
