Cinnabun Breakfast Cake

1 box butter yellow cake mix 3/4 cup vegetable oil 4 eggs 8oz sour cream 1 package Sassy Bell Delights Cinnabun 1/2 cup light brown sugar

Glaze: 2 cups powdered sugar 1 teaspoon vanilla 4 tablespoons milk

Heat oven to 325 degrees. Grease and flour a 13 x 9 inch pan and set aside.


Mix together cake mix, oil, eggs and sour cream. The batter will be thick. Pour and spread half of the batter into the pan. In a small bowl, mix together the Cinnabun package and brown sugar. Sprinkle half over the batter in the pan then take a knife and make swirls in the mixture. Add the remaining batter to the pan and sprinkle the balance of the cinnabun mixture on top. If desired, make more swirls. Bake for 45 minutes.

Just before the cake is done, mix up the glaze - more milk can be added to thin the glaze. You can also double the glaze if desired. When the cake is done, remove it from the oven and punch holes in it with a fork. Finally drizzle the glaze over the cake.
