If you are in need of an easy sweet item for a party that has just enough chocolate to satisfy everyone, then you have found it. Our Sinful Chocolate dessert dip mix makes this such an easy task that it's actually fun for everyone in the family to join in making them.
Tips for making Chocolate Cheesecake Bites
- Use mini muffin liners. If you don't want to worry about being perfect when piping the mixture onto the cookie, simply place the cookie upside down in the liner and then pipe until the liner is full.
- Use a plastic baggie to pipe. While you can use a pastry bag to pipe the mixture onto the cookie, it's just as easy to use a plastic baggie. Just snip off one of the bottom corners to allow the mixture to flow through. This gives you enough control to pipe the mixture on and still make it pretty.
Can you freeze a Chocolate Cheesecake Bites?
While we don't recommend freezing the actual finished bite, you can freeze any leftover mixture. Maybe you don't need as many bites or you want to save some to make at another time. Either way, our blended dessert mixes can be placed in the freezer for up to 4 months in an air tight container. When you are ready to use, thaw out in the refrigerator overnight and you will be ready to go.
