Beer Pub Cheese Soup

1 Package of Sassy Bell Delights original Beer Pub Cheese dip

1-1/2 Cups Milk or Heavy Cream (for thicker soup)

8 oz. Sour Cream

8oz. Chicken Broth

1 Small Garlic Clove Minced

2 Tbl. Unsalted Butter

1 Can of Beer (optional)


Place all ingredients in a crock pot and whisk until well blended. Cook on low heat for 6 hours or on high heat for 3-4 hours. Add sharp cheddar cheese before serving and garnish with croutons and bacon pieces. Add corn potatoes, carrots, etc. if desired.
